The best kind of exercise is the one that goes deeper than skin deep. Any type of exercise that you do will most definitely change your physical body but it is what happens underneath the skin that is so miraculous. Many benefits occur within your body and mind as a result of working out. Best of all, physical activity has a beautiful way of bringing your spirit, mind and body altogether as one.
If you let it, exercising will enhance not only your physical appearance but your mind and soul as well. It is a beautiful thing how taking care of yourself through exercise and nutrition can make your whole body vibrate with positive, healthy energy.
Now you may ask how one can be filled with such energy. I have only one tip for you. Remove all judgment from this journey. It is easy to get influenced to start working out in order to have a banging summer body but this should only be a positive side effect. Once you begin this journey of fitness for whatever reason it may be, you must allow yourself to connect with each aspect of your being on a deeper level.
Once you have removed all judgment, you are on the right path. You will now be able to reap all the benefits working out has to offer. See, by loving yourself enough to put in the hard work to keep your body in shape, your mind and spirit will also become healthier. As long as you are giving back to your body it will give back to you in ways you may have not imagined.
The best ways to be able to create a link between your body, mind and spirit is through exercise that nurtures these things. Yoga, pilates and exercise that revolve around these concepts will allow you to create that deeper connection within. An intense workout at the gym can connect your mind and body but your spirit or inner body is may be forgotten. It is important to perform exercise that will not only make your stronger but will allow you to focus on every aspect of you.
Any type of exercise you choose to tie these three aspects together will work as long as you are focusing on this. I believe yoga and pilates are two types of exercises that really favor this as they flow in a way that allow you to be present and nurture yourself. Your body is your vehicle on this earth while also being the home of your mind and spirit. By keeping your body healthy and fit your are creating a positive, beautiful place for your thoughts, personality, energy, essence, consciousness and so on.
When you are working out, focus on the energy you feel throughout your body. Be aware of what is happening as you are working out. Feel the rush of energy that it is creating. Your feet firmly planted on the ground or your core stabilizing your entire body. Be the exercise you are doing. Feel the power emanating from all your muscles. Every part of you is vibrating and pushing themselves further than they could before. Let your mind and spirit do this as well. Let your inner energy spread out of your body and shine bright.
When you allow this connection to be made between these three aspects within you, the beauty will be constant. You will feel your smile become bigger, your skin glowing, your energy vibrating on a positive frequency. Exercise is not just about having a nice backside or the perfect “V” abs. Exercise is much more than that and when you allow it to affect every aspect of your being you will understand the beauty of giving back to yourself through physical activity.
